Tofunmi Adeyemi is a qualified civil engineer specialising in site engineering, construction delivery, and technical leadership across complex infrastructure and building projects. She brings a rigorous, detail driven, and commercially aware approach to on-site delivery, with a strong focus on engineering quality, safety, and buildability. Her work sits at the interface between design intent and construction execution, ensuring technical information is translated into efficient, compliant, and high quality outcomes on live projects.
Tofunmi holds an MEng in Civil Engineering from Imperial College London and has been recognised for her technical excellence and leadership potential as a CF Lunoe Scholar by the Institution of Civil Engineers. She has hands on experience in site based engineering roles, supporting construction delivery through setting out, quality assurance, technical reviews, and on site problem solving in fast-paced environments. Her work includes coordinating engineering information between designers, contractors, and subcontractors, identifying and mitigating technical risk, and maintaining programme and quality standards under live site constraints. Alongside project delivery, Tofunmi plays an active leadership role within the wider engineering and technology ecosystem. She is a co-founder and director of STEM Think Tank, where she leads the development of technical training, mentorship, and leadership programmes focused on engineering, technology, and innovation. Her work supports early-career professionals and promotes more inclusive, future-ready approaches to technical leadership.
